Our Licensed Massage Therapists are highly trained in a variety of traditional massage techniques (Swedish and Deep Tissue or Sports Massage) as well as various holistic massage techniques (Neuro-Muscular, Acupressure, Reflexology, Cranial-Sacral, and MyoFacial Release). Prior to your therapeutic massage, Dr. Habanova will discuss your health needs and wellness goals with your Massage Therapist. Together they will custom design your therapeutic massage program to meet all your needs and Dr. Habanova’s therapeutic recommendations. Each of our Massage Therapist brings their years of knowledge, extra-ordinary talents and expertise to provide you with a unique and wonderful experience. Deep Tissue or Sports Massage Combining a variety of techniques using greater pressure to relieve muscular tension on a deeper level due to stress or athletic activities.
Neuro Muscular Stronger pressure is applied to trigger points and layers of congestion in fascia, connective tissue attachments and muscles are addressed.
Cranial Sacral The light touch technique works with natural and unique rhythms to pinpoint and correct underlying physiological problems.
Reflexology Treat those tired feet to a much needed massage, as the reflex points on the feet are worked the entire body receives the benefits of increased circulation and relaxation.
What is the general format of Massage sessions? Prior to your massage, Dr. Habanova will discuss with you and your Massage Therapist which therapeutic massage techniques or style of therapeutic massage will be best for you based on your health needs and wellness goals.
How long are the Massage sessions? All standard therapeutic massage sessions are 60 minutes long. Longer massage sessions (90 minutes) are available if scheduled ahead of time. All sessions start and finish on time, so please be on time to receive the full benefit from your session.
How many Massage sessions do you suggest a week? It all depends on your therapeutic needs. For best results Dr. Habanova recommends 1 massage session each week during the initial phase of your program. Massages Programs are available in 5 and 10 package series.
