Health Through Balance – Pilates Rehabilitation

Finding the Patterns

Too many times people treat the symptoms and to their disappointment the pain or dysfunction returns. If this happens, it is clear that was not the cause of the symptom or condition, and requires one to look deeper. A great amount of clues can be found by doing a thorough Health Consultation and Examination.

1) During your initial visit, you and Dr. Habanova will have an in-depth discussion about your musculoskeletal injury/condition.

2) Dr. Habanaova will conduct a Comprehensive Health Examination consisting of:

  • General Health Exam
  • Neurological Exam
  • Orthopedic Exam
  • Chiropractic Exam
  • Pilates Evaluation
